Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3 PM MST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping will be added to your order invoice.
Shipping Methods:
Domestic shipments are sent via FedEx Ground.
International shipments are sent via FedEx International Economy.
Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please specify this in the order notes at checkout. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.
Customs processing may delay delivery times.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
All purchases are non-refundable and considered final upon completion of the sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Hardware Policy
Warranty Coverage & Replacement
Hardware is covered by a one-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
If a hardware unit experiences a covered defect, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, the defective unit must be returned to Simple RFID using the prepaid return label we provide.
Shipping Costs: We cover shipping costs for warranty-related replacements.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibility: Consumable components such as printheads, platen rollers, and batteries are not covered under warranty.
Extended Warranty
Additional coverage for up to three years is available for purchase.
Hardware Requirements
Handheld Readers: Require an Android or iOS device.
RFID Printers: Require a Windows OS host for Print Client software.
RFID Media (Labels, Ribbons, RFID Tags) Policy
Verification Required: Customers must verify that labels are properly printed and encoded before application.
Printer Maintenance: Printers should be calibrated daily and whenever media is changed.
Support Limitations: We do not provide support for media purchased from other providers.
Liability Disclaimer: Simple RFID is not liable for voided labels, encoding errors, poor print quality, inventory discrepancies, or related losses.
